QLC IT Resource Solutions provides companies with the selection and recruitment of ICT specialists. Our contractors are fully experienced and offer services ranges from Portfolio Management, Architecture, Business and Systems Analysis, Testing, Project Management and Administration, JAVA, Microsoft, SAP and Oracle specialists through to Executive Management. Most of our contractors have a minimum of five years experience in a particular field. We do not believe in generic consultants. Most of our consultants (in addition to the technology) have niche industry experience.

We are certified Oracle Gold Partners. As a result we put together an entire team to implement Oracle financials. The client received a satisfacory audit report post implementation.

Subsequently we implemented Oracle CRM at the same client.

A client provide a huge project to migrate from one software platform to another to another vendor. Our company was tasked to provide the entire team of network engineers and Project Manager to perform the Front-end migrations and post implementation support.

This is the process of outsourcing certain skills or responsibilities to only one external vendor. In this case, we may offer the service of maintaining a system that was already in place. This is done in collaboration with the client. This is a great way for clients to gain access to the expertise and resources of QLC while still maintaining management and decision-making responsibilities over the project. This way the client is able to fill in gaps in internal expertise and save time, money, and effort in recruiting additional staff. For example, a client might develop software partly internally and outsource part of the development to us.

Currently all non-core applications of a well known corporate has been co-sourced to QLC. We provide the First, Second and Third line support. Needless to say we also enjoy first right of refusal on all local smaller projects.
